Technical issues can crop up at any time, or maybe you need help to configure and setup some hardware you recently bought. Whatever your IT requirements you can book a Deycom engineer directly by simply completing this online form below. Once completed we will arrange a suitable time to complete the work and we will also give you an estimate of long the work might take.
Please Note our Engineering time
1. The minimum we charge for a callout to site is for one hour (60 minutes) and the minimum charge for a remote support call it is 30 minutes.
2. Prior to commencing work, we will provide you with a quotation for the work involved and if you do not have an account with Deycom we will provide you with payment instructions.
3. Travelling time when applicable will be included in our quote.
4. A credit card form below, will allow you to securely pay the booking fee payment of €100.
